About the Artist
as a professionally trained aerial circus performer, I brings power, precision, and commanding stage presence to every performance. With a deep foundation in aerial rope, straps, silks, multi-corde, sling, and cyr wheel, my movement blends strength, control, and artistry. Whether soaring, spinning, or suspended in stillness, I aim to deliver performances that are bold, and unforgettable.
Starting Out
Cyr Wheel Photo by Annabelle N Denmark
I was working as a scientist in the Boston area when I took my first aerial class in 2010. I instantly fell head over heels in love with circus arts and began plotting to run away and join the circus. In July 2015 I was admitted into Esh Circus Art’s Professional Preparatory Program. There I spent two and a half years in the program training Aerial rope, aerial silks, and cyr wheel. As well as foundational skills such as tumbling, handbalancing, physical theater, and dance
NECCA ProTrack Program
In 2017 my hard work paid off when I was accepted into the New England Center for Circus Arts ProTrack Program. Without hesitation I quit my job and moved myself, my husband, dog, and two cats to Brattleboro Vermont. There i spent the next two fabulous years training circus full time under NECCA’s world class coaches. I graduated from the second year of the program in June 2019 with a major in aerial rope and minor in cyr wheel.
Presently
In August 2019 I moved from Vermont to denver Colorado. Where I immediately began teaching and performing in the greater Denver area.
Today you can find me teaching aerial and cyr wheel classes at Aerial Cirque Over Denver and Frequent Flyers. I am also available for private lessons at Aerial Cirque Over Denver, Frequent Flyers, Gravity Aerial Arts, Iluminar Aerial Dance, & Denver Circus Collective.
I have also been a member of In the Wings Aerial since Feb 2020. Check out the companies website inthewingsaerial.com to stay up to date on upcoming events
